Olive Oil
a Daisy Hill Farms superior product . . .
Shortly after purchasing the property and after some careful consideration and preparation, Dan and Karen acquired 100 olive trees of Manzanilla and Arbiquena varietals.
In 2017, Daisy Hill Farms was certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers — a USDA-accredited organic certifying agency and trade association. With patience, love, a lot of hard work, and organic practices, the farm now harvests its own olives in the fall using manual harvesting techniques to produce a quality extra virgin olive oil.
Olives are transported to Ranch 43 in San Ardo California, and using a Pieralisi press, they are processed into a smooth oil with subtle, lovely hints of citrus.
